Kue Risoles Banana Cheese

Risoles Banana Cheese (Kue Risol Pisang Keju)



All Ingredients:
Layer / Skin Ingredients:
  • 100 gr flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Ingredients contents:
  • 100 gr banana barangan antecedent diced
  • 50 g cheddar cheese diced antecedent
  • 50 g bean tanang sangria and roughly chopped (can also be replaced with cashew nuts)
  • 100 grams of chocolate blocks, roughly chopped
Coating Ingredients:
  • 50 g sesame
  • 1 egg, beaten off
How to make:
1. First, make skin risoler by mixing all the ingredients of skin, then stir until smooth grained no longer, if necessary, filtered, kemudin make a thin omelette until the dough runs out
2. Then make the contents risoles by mixing the banana that has been diced, cheese, nuts, and chocolate
