Fruit Pie

This fruit pie is very delicious and nutritious, perfect served to children who do not like fruit.

For Layer Ingredients:
  • 150 gr margarine
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 300 g cake flour
  • 75 g sugar flour
  • 2 tablespoons ice water
  • 3 / 4 teaspoon salt
Ingredients Content:
  • 200 gr strawberries cut into the box - a box of 1 cm
  • 300 g (2 pieces) red apples cut into 1 cm = box is not peeled
  • 200 grams of pineapple cut into the box - a box of 1 cm
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 gr brown sugar
  • 2 cm cinnamon
  • 1 yolk to spread
Directions:
  1. Skin: Stir all ingredients until grained leather - grain. Print half the pie dough in a large mold diameter 20 cm, which has spread with margarine. Prick - prick with a fork. Oven 25 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius until cooked.
  2. Contents: Cook water, brown sugar and cinnamon until emndidih. Enter the pineapple, red apples and strawberries. Stir until wilted and thick. Lift.
  3. Enter the contents into the pie and cover with remaining pie dough earlier. Rub with egg yolk. Oven 40 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius until cooked.
Tips for not Sticky, drained fruit in a bowl first before adding to pie pastry does not get wet.
