Kue Blueberry Strusel

Kue Blueberry Strusel 
This Cake is crunchy sweet plus fresh blueberries make delicious taste delicious!


Ingredients:
  • 120 grams butter
  • 100 granulated sugar
  • 50 grams of brown sugar (In Indonesia called Gula Jawa)
  • 2 Chicken Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Powder
  • 600 ml Milk
Sift together:
  • 280 gram Flour
  • 1 1/2 Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt (or by taste)
  • 200 grams of Blueberries (fresh/frozen)


For Topping:

  • 100 gram Flour
  • 20 Gram Corn flakes
  • 150 Gram Sugar
  • 110 Grams Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

How to prepare:
1. Prepare a rectangular baking pan, butter polish.
2. Beat butter with sugar until sugar dissolves.
3. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla with a shake until dissolved.
4. Enter the flour mixture, stirring gently until blended.
5. Pour the milk little by little and stir well.
6. Add blueberries and stir well.
7. Topping: Enter all ingredients in a food processor.
8. Process until finely grained.
9. Pour some batter into the pan, smooth.
10. Sprinkle top with a sprinkling of some of the material.
11. Pour the batter and sprinkle again with top with Topping ingredients.
12. Bake in hot oven 180 C for 30 minutes until golden and cooked.
13. Remove and let cool.
