Aneka Saus Puding (Assorted pudding sauce)

Assorted pudding sauce - Aneka Saus Puding
Before you are given the recipe to make the pudding, I will first give a recipe how to make "Pudding Sauce." There are different kinds of pudding sauce that will be the mothers can make, between vanilla sauce, apricot sauce, ginger sauce, and chocolate sauce.

  • Vanilla sauce
Ingredients:
500 ml of liquid milk
200 grams granulated sugar
2 egg yolks, beat until soft
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon rhum (optional)

How to Make it:
  1. Boil milk and sugar over medium heat only, then reduce the heat.
  2. Take 2-3 tablespoons vegetable milk sugar mixture, mix into the beaten egg yolks and stir until well blended.
  3. Enter the egg yolk mixture back into a panic this milk contains milk that is boiling on the fire, little by little while stirring until well blended.
  4. Thicken with cornstarch solution, stirring evenly. Then turn off the fire.
  5. Add vanilla, stir well again. After a cold start, recently added rhum, mix well. Filter using a filter wire.
  6. Vla still continue stirring to cool slowly so as not to arise tough membrane on the surface.


  • Apricot sauce


Ingredients:
1 kg fruit of apricot (small size)
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved with a little water.


Directions:
  1. Apricot puree and fruit water, and boil with a small fire.
  2. Then Thicken with cornstarch solution, mix well, after the boil again, remove from heat.
  3. Leave in a cold state, pudding and sauce can be used.



  • Ginger sauce
Ingredients:
100 grams granulated sugar
100 grams of brown sugar (sugar ants)
2 tablespoons grated ginger (select an old)
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed, then cut into pieces.
200 cc water
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water


Method:
  1. Cook water until boiling, then enter the two kinds of sugar, grated ginger, and lemongrass and stir until blended.
  2. Leave it to boil again, then reduce the heat, bring to a boil and hold for about 5 minutes. Then dissolve the cornstarch.
  3. Remove and strain. Once cool, use for sauce pudding.
And The Last are My Favourite Pudding Sauce


  • CHOCOLATE sauce

Material:
500 ml of liquid milk
150 grams of chopped chocolate block

Method:
  1. Melt chocolate over the fire a little Bolok then pour the liquid milk.
  2. Stir and bring to a boil, remove use for pudding sauce.
