Butter Cream Pudding

Butter Cream Puding


Ingredients:
  • 300 g white bread
  • 100 gr butter
  • 800 gr fresh milk
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 5 eggs
Directions:
1. smear butter on bread.
2. stacking and cut into 4 parts.
3. Beat sugar and eggs, pour fresh milk.
4. sugar and pour the beaten egg dip bread yg tlh prepared, let the bread
SLM soak 15 minutes, add butter to taste.
5. steam 20 minutes or enter the oven 170 degrees Celsius SLM 40 minutes.
6. once cooked allow to cool.
7. sprinkle with chocolate / cheese / almonds / raisins kept ready to be served.
