Puding Pisang Kelapa - BANANA AND COCONUT Pudding Baked

Baked Banana and Coconut Pudding (Puding Pisang Kelapa)

Ingredients:
  • 200 grams coconut
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 100 grams of coconut milk curry
  • 4 ounces of ice cream
  • 2 pieces of green banana
  • 1 tsp rice flour
How to Make the Pudding:
  1. All the ingredients are mixed in one container, except for ice cream
  2. Stir ingredients until thick and dough feels right when in print, or not too watery and not too dense
  3. Printed in the mold cupcakes
  4. Steam until cooked
  5. Remove from molds, place in dish
  6. Add ice cream on top
  7. Ready to serve
